Harvest Development Boot Camp

Founded in 2012, the Harvest Development Boot Camp is an interactive series of workshops. These sessions combine time-tested best practices with supports and project-based learning to develop the skill set needed to effectively run your organization, Board, or Development shop. 

All Boot Camp offerings are available virtually.

 

Full Course

8-Week Engagement

Pricing Structure: $15,000 per participant

Harvest Development Boot Camp is a five-day course, running Monday through Friday. Following completion of the course, each participant is entitled to weekly 90-minute check-in meetings with the Instructor for six weeks to complete a comprehensive development plan, continue individual skill building and ensure the participant is on track to achieve their goals.

Best Suited for: Development Professionals New to the Field, Managers, Directors of Development

 
 

Mini-Course

2-Day

Pricing Structure: $5,000 (includes up to 5 participants)

Harvest Development Boot Camp Mini-Course can be tailored to different audiences in a three-day or two-day customized short course. Following completion of the course, each participant is entitled to weekly 90-minute check-in meetings with the instructor for up to three weeks to continue skill building and ensure the participant is on track to achieve their goals.

Best Suited for: Development Team Retreats, Executive Directors, Board Members, Mid-Career Professionals

 
 

Express Course

Half-Day

Pricing Structure: $1,500 (includes up to 5 participants)

Harvest Development Express Boot Camp can be tailored for one-day or half-day courses, focusing high-level on the best practices across the field. Following completion of the course, each participant is entitled to weekly check-in meetings with the instructor for up to three weeks to continue skill building and ensure the participant is on track to achieve their goals.

Best Suited for: Professionals in need of a Refresher, Board Retreats, Cross-Team Retreats
