Managing Director

Lucy brings over a decade of nonprofit experience to the team focused on corporate giving, special events, development strategy planning, capital campaigns, and marketing and communications. After serving as Director of Development, and building a Fundraising & Development program from the ground up at a young charter school network, she made the decision to leave the frontlines and transition to strategy consulting. For the last four years, Lucy has partnered with nonprofits across the country to strengthen Development shops through system builds and talent training and supports. 

Lucy began her consulting career with CCS. Prior to consulting, Lucy has had the pleasure of working with nonprofits including Girls Who Code. Lucy is an active member of New York’s education space, serving on the junior board for her former AmeriCorps program, City Year, as well as on the Futures and Options Young Professional Board. She earned her B.A. in Communication and Art History from SUNY Geneseo. Lucy lives in Brooklyn, New York with her husband.
